Oh my! So, I saw this woman from Seattle on Martha Stewart showing off her fabulous cupcakes that she makes at Trophy Cupcakes in Wallingford. I couldnt stop thinking about them for days and days, so I finally begged (ok, it didn't take much begging) Becky to come with me to satisfy my craving. These cupcakes are made with crushed-up graham cracker bottoms (topped with a layer of chocolate) then rich chocolate cake, some more crushed graham crackers...then topped with a marshmallow frosting which is then "toasted". What?!? It was the best cupcake I have ever had in my whole entire life...EVER! I can't wait to go back for more. Ok, back to Silas...
